A nie je to n\u00e1hoda. <strong>Gr\u00e9cke jedlo<\/strong> jednoducho pri\u0165ahuje \u2014 len v\u00fdrazy spojen\u00e9 s tamoj\u0161ou gastron\u00f3miou si \u013eudia do vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u010dov zad\u00e1vaj\u00fa takmer p\u00e4\u0165 mili\u00f3nov dopytov mesa\u010dne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tajomstvo pritom nespo\u010d\u00edva v zlo\u017eit\u00fdch kuch\u00e1rskych technik\u00e1ch. Do pity sa potom bal\u00ed \u00faplne rovnako. Skr\u00e1tene: souvlaki je \u0161p\u00edz, gyros je ten ot\u00e1\u010daj\u00faci sa ra\u017ee\u0148.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre miestnych ide o n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 r\u00fdchle jedlo, ktor\u00e9 vyjde na p\u00e1r eur. <strong>Vegetari\u00e1ni nemusia z\u00fafa\u0165<\/strong> \u2014 mno\u017estvo podnikov dnes pon\u00faka gyros z h\u00fab alebo halloumi a v ka\u017edom v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om meste naraz\u00edte na falafel v pite, ktor\u00fd funguje \u00faplne rovnako dobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f sa vyd\u00e1te z pobre\u017eia do h\u00f4r, \u010dak\u00e1 v\u00e1s in\u00e1 liga. Tamoj\u0161ie taverny serv\u00edruj\u00fa <strong>paidakia<\/strong> (jah\u0148acie rebierka z grilu) a <strong>kleftiko<\/strong>, teda jah\u0148acina pomaly pe\u010den\u00e1 v pergamene. N\u00e1zov kleftiko poch\u00e1dza od slova pre zbojn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed ukradnut\u00e9 m\u00e4so kedysi piekli v jam\u00e1ch pod zemou, aby ich dym neprezradil. Pod\u013ea pravidiel E\u00da sa tak smie pred\u00e1va\u0165 len syr vyroben\u00fd v pevninskom Gr\u00e9cku a na ostrove Lesbos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feta v\u0161ak z\u010faleka nie je jedin\u00fdm mlie\u010dnym z\u00e1zrakom. <strong>Graviera<\/strong> je tvrd\u00fd syr s nasladkou orechovou chu\u0165ou, skvel\u00fd k v\u00ednu. <strong>Manouri<\/strong> je kr\u00e9mov\u00fd a jemn\u00fd syr zo srv\u00e1tky, ktor\u00fd sa pou\u017e\u00edva do sladk\u00fdch aj slan\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010dov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A potom je tu n\u00e1\u0161 najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed favorit, <strong>saganaki<\/strong>. To vlastne nie je druh syra, ale sp\u00f4sob pr\u00edpravy. Pl\u00e1tok tvrd\u00e9ho syra sa obal\u00ed v m\u00fake a prudko osma\u017euje na panvici, tak\u017ee m\u00e1 chrumkav\u00fa k\u00f4rku a rozpl\u00fdvaj\u00faci sa stred \u2014 pod\u00e1va sa hor\u00faci, bohato pokropen\u00fd citr\u00f3nom.
