Nemohli by by\u0165 \u010falej od pravdy. &nbsp; Medit\u00e1cia je v z\u00e1klade len hlbok\u00e9 s\u00fastredenie. Oby\u010dajn\u00fdm s\u00fastreden\u00edm sa na jednu jedin\u00fa vec (v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou d\u00fdchanie), podkr\u00edpen\u00e9 elimin\u00e1ciou vonkaj\u0161\u00edch vplyvov (zavrie\u0165 sa do tichej miestnosti, zavrie\u0165 o\u010di), akt\u00edvne posil\u0148uje\u0161 mozog.
