sirtuine), care, \u00een condi\u021bii nefavorabile, protejeaz\u0103 organismul prin activarea unor mecanisme de supravie\u021buire. Datorit\u0103 activ\u0103rii frecvente a acestor gene se pot ob\u021bine o s\u0103n\u0103tate mai bun\u0103, o rezisten\u021b\u0103 crescut\u0103 la boli \u0219i prelungirea vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avem la dispozi\u021bie mai multe moduri de a activa genele supravie\u021buirii<\/strong>, f\u0103r\u0103 a ne d\u0103una corpului. Este vorba despre provocarea unui stres u\u0219or prin exerci\u021biu fizic, frig sau foame. Aceast\u0103 stare se nume\u0219te&nbsp;<strong>hormez\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hormeza\"><\/span><strong>Hormeza<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hormeza oblig\u0103 organismul s\u0103 economiseasc\u0103 resurse \u0219i s\u0103 repare celulele c\u00e2t mai mult posibil.<\/strong>&nbsp;Practic, ne prelungim astfel via\u021ba, pentru c\u0103, \u00een loc s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 celule noi, corpul le repar\u0103 pe cele existente \u0219i, de fapt, le \u00eentinere\u0219te. Hormeza poate fi provocat\u0103 chiar \u0219i artificial, cu ajutorul anumitor substan\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sirtuinele\"><\/span>Sirtuinele<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sirtuinele sunt printre cele mai importante gene ale longevit\u0103\u021bii. Ele desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i \u00eempacheteaz\u0103 ADN-ul nostru \u0219i activeaz\u0103 sau dezactiveaz\u0103 genele. \u00cen timpul stresului (exerci\u021biu, foame etc.) declan\u0219eaz\u0103 procesele care repar\u0103 celulele \u0219i le \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 moar\u0103. Sc\u0103derea activit\u0103\u021bii sirtuinelor, asociat\u0103 cu sc\u0103derea nivelului de NAD, este una dintre principalele cauze ale \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NAD\"><\/span>NAD+<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NAD este o substan\u021b\u0103 chimic\u0103 ce reprezint\u0103 un regulator central al multor procese biologice importante, inclusiv al \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii \u0219i al bolilor. F\u0103r\u0103 un nivel suficient de NAD, sirtuinele nu pot func\u021biona eficient. Nivelul de NAD scade odat\u0103 cu \u00eenaintarea \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103, ceea ce constituie una dintre principalele cauze ale \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii. Cre\u0219terea nivelului de NAD influen\u021beaz\u0103 fundamental \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea celulelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Not\u0103: Exist\u0103 mai multe gene ale longevit\u0103\u021bii, dar pentru acest articol nu am nevoie s\u0103 enum\u0103r mai multe. Te doare des stomacul? Suferi de depresie? Poate c\u0103, \u00een parte, e de vin\u0103 mo\u0219tenirea ta genetic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analiza ADN prin metoda secven\u021bierii genomului este condi\u021bia de baz\u0103 pentru medicina predictiv\u0103<\/strong>, care reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 la probabilitatea apari\u021biei bolilor \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 le previn\u0103.
