Pentru mine, cea mai bun\u0103 este medita\u021bia ghidat\u0103 \u2013 \u00eemi pun c\u0103\u0219tile, pornesc \u00eenregistrarea \u0219i fac exact ce \u00eemi spune vocea din difuzor. Cu timpul mi-am g\u0103sit favoritele \u0219i le tot ascult pe r\u00e2nd.\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fara_engleza_merge_greu\"><\/span>F\u0103r\u0103 englez\u0103 merge greu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nProblema este c\u0103 e al naibii de greu s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti \u00eenregistr\u0103ri audio de calitate \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103! Cele mai multe dintre cele pe care le g\u0103se\u0219ti pe YouTube sunt ni\u0219te amalgamuri de vorbe spirituale f\u0103r\u0103 sens, \u00eenregistrate pe un microfon prost \u0219i acoperite de o muzic\u0103 groaznic\u0103.\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Propria_mea_inregistrare\"><\/span>Propria mea \u00eenregistrare<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aceea am hot\u0103r\u00e2t s\u0103 creez propriul meu program de 7 zile, potrivit chiar pentru oricine. Am \u00eenregistrat primul e\u0219antion \u0219i mi-ar pl\u0103cea s\u0103 primesc feedback de la voi, cititorii. Nu ar putea fi mai departe de adev\u0103r. &nbsp; Medita\u021bia este, \u00een esen\u021b\u0103, doar o concentrare profund\u0103. Printr-o simpl\u0103 concentrare pe un singur lucru (de cele mai multe ori respira\u021bia), sus\u021binut\u0103 de eliminarea influen\u021belor exterioare (te \u00eenchizi \u00eentr-o camer\u0103 lini\u0219tit\u0103, \u00eenchizi ochii), \u00ee\u021bi antrenezi activ creierul.
