Mas n\u00e3o espere toalhas de mesa engomadas e m\u00fasica ambiente discreta. A taverna grega de verdade \u00e9 barulhenta, cheira a grelha e mar, e as mesas s\u00e3o cobertas por papel craft preso com grampos de pl\u00e1stico para n\u00e3o voar com o vento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A base de tudo s\u00e3o os j\u00e1 mencionados <strong>mezedes<\/strong>. Pequenos pratinhos de aperitivos e petiscos chegam ao centro da mesa e todo mundo vai beliscando, enquanto o ouzo, tsipouro ou vinho local correm \u00e0 vontade. Os gregos raramente pedem um prato principal s\u00f3 para si \u2014 preferem muito mais encher a mesa com v\u00e1rias por\u00e7\u00f5es menores e compartilhar. \u00c9 um jeito de comer que voc\u00ea acaba amando, porque permite experimentar umas dez coisas ao mesmo tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O hor\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m importa. Entre tr\u00eas e seis da tarde os gregos tiram a sesta, e muitas cozinhas tradicionais ficam fechadas ou cozinham apenas para turistas. <strong>A vida culin\u00e1ria de verdade pulsa a partir das nove da noite<\/strong>, ent\u00e3o se voc\u00ea chegar \u00e0s sete, provavelmente vai estar sentado s\u00f3 com outros estrangeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Dica: Logo ap\u00f3s sentar, em regi\u00f5es tur\u00edsticas (como o centro de Atenas ou Mikonos), o gar\u00e7om pode trazer p\u00e3o e \u00e1gua mineral sem perguntar. \u00c9 o chamado &#8220;bread scam&#8221; e vai aparecer na conta como um item de 1 a 3 euros por pessoa. A pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 legal, mas a cobran\u00e7a <strong>deve constar no card\u00e1pio<\/strong>. O <strong>graviera<\/strong> \u00e9 um queijo duro com sabor adocicado e de nozes, \u00f3timo para acompanhar vinho. O <strong>manouri<\/strong> \u00e9 um queijo cremoso e suave feito do soro do leite, que vai tanto em tortas doces quanto salgadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E ent\u00e3o tem o nosso maior favorito, o <strong>saganaki<\/strong>.
