Mas com o crescimento da nossa empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nanospace.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>nanoSPACE<\/strong><\/a> e da nossa ag\u00eancia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkmedia.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>LK MEDIA<\/strong><\/a>, a equipe cresceu praticamente da noite para o dia para quase dez pessoas \u2014 e a gest\u00e3o de projetos virou instantaneamente um pesadelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por um tempo, ficamos testando diversas ferramentas (do Trello, passando pelo Asana at\u00e9 o Basecamp), mas no fim nos estabelecemos no <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Freelo\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/pt-br\/doporucujeme\/freelo\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Freelo<\/a>, ferramenta checa pela qual pagamos planos de equipe h\u00e1 quatro anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" N\u00e3o encontrei nada melhor. A colabora\u00e7\u00e3o em equipe ficou mais simples e organizada, e minha ansiedade de gerenciar dezenas de projetos diminuiu bastante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Freelo\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/pt-br\/doporucujeme\/freelo\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Freelo<\/a> \u00e9 uma ferramenta online que pode ser usada em qualquer lugar. Funciona muito bem no desktop e tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel utiliz\u00e1-la pelo aplicativo m\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Para_que_serve_o_Freelo\"><\/span><strong>Para que serve o Freelo?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Freelo\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/pt-br\/doporucujeme\/freelo\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Freelo<\/a> \u00e9 uma ferramenta que facilita e torna mais eficiente o <strong>gerenciamento de projetos<\/strong>. Permite criar projetos de trabalho e dividi-los em tarefas e subtarefas. Ao atribuir uma tarefa espec\u00edfica, cada membro da equipe sabe exatamente o que precisa fazer em cada projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Freelo\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/pt-br\/doporucujeme\/freelo\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Freelo<\/a> tamb\u00e9m facilita a vida dos gestores<\/strong> \u2014 temos uma vis\u00e3o completa do que est\u00e1 acontecendo em nossas empresas e em que fase est\u00e3o as tarefas e os projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\ud83d\udea8 Com o <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Freelo\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/pt-br\/doporucujeme\/freelo\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Freelo<\/a>, ningu\u00e9m esquece prazos, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 atrasos no cumprimento das tarefas (desde que voc\u00ea acompanhe de perto \ud83d\ude0e) e nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o se perde.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os colaboradores n\u00e3o precisam garimpar informa\u00e7\u00f5es e briefings em e-mails.<\/strong> Cada tarefa atribu\u00edda gera uma <strong>notifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> diretamente na plataforma.
