The programme includes a visit to Santa Claus Village, a husky safari, the ice falls of the Korouoma canyon, a reindeer farm, a sauna with a dip into a frozen lake, and the S\u00e1mi museum Siida in Inari. The best months are February and March<\/strong>, thanks to longer days and clearer skies for watching the northern lights, but the itinerary works from December to early April. That, in my view, is exactly how long you need to get the most out of Lapland in Finland: Santa Claus and silent wilderness, huskies and reindeer, the town and the far north \u2014 and above all several attempts at the northern lights<\/strong>, because they don’t show up on command. \u263a\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
