You have to <strong>check the status yourself<\/strong> on the official site in the &#8220;Check ESTA Status&#8221; section using your application number and passport number. If you see &#8220;Authorization Approved&#8221;, you&#8217;re all set and can start packing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A status of &#8220;Authorization Pending&#8221; means they&#8217;re processing your application; just wait. &#8220;Travel Not Authorized&#8221; is a rejection. In that case you must apply for a standard visa at the <strong>US embassy<\/strong>.
