Lipno is a popular resort area in South Bohemia, and while it&#8217;s not as well-known internationally as some Alpine destinations, the prices can be surprisingly high. In the end, we found a lovely little hotel in Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed Brod, roughly a 10-minute drive from Lipno nad Vltavou, where the ski trails begin.<\/p>\n<a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Hotel \u0160umava\" href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/doporucujeme\/hotel-sumava\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel \u0160umava<\/a> cost us around 125 \u20ac for two nights including breakfast. The super-fast Wi-Fi was a nice bonus! The actual cross-country skiing is completely free \u2014 there&#8217;s no entry fee for the lake.
