Amalfi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Amalfi has a Mediterranean climate, which means summers are very hot and dry, while winters are very mild. <strong>The ideal time to visit Amalfi is from April to October.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>May and September<\/strong> are the so-called golden months \u2013 temperatures are pleasant and there aren&#8217;t too many tourists in Amalfi. <strong>On the other hand, avoid July and August<\/strong>, when the town is most crowded and accommodation prices soar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_get_to_Amalfi\"><\/span>How to get to Amalfi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>There are several ways to get to Amalfi.<\/strong> If you fly to Italy, the closest airport to the Amalfi Coast is in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/en\/naples-italy\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/loudavymkrokem.cz\/neapol-italie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Naples<\/a><\/strong>, from where you can continue to Amalfi by <strong>bus or car<\/strong> (<strong>TIP:<\/strong> There are many car rental companies at the airport; we used <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/logimaxcloud.com\/SITOCRENT_WEB\/IT\/index.awp\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/logimaxcloud.com\/SITOCRENT_WEB\/IT\/index.awp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C-rent<\/a><\/strong>). <\/p>\n\n<p>From Naples, take the A3 highway towards Salerno, where you then turn onto a picturesque coastal road that leads directly to Amalfi. The road is winding and full of turns (bring motion sickness pills \ud83d\ude04), but the views are worth it. However, keep in mind that especially during peak season, parking in Amalfi is almost impossible.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can <strong>use SITA buses<\/strong>, which run regularly to Amalfi from Naples, Salerno, or Sorrento.
