The main beach season on the Red Sea falls in <strong>spring and autumn<\/strong> \u2013 April to June and September to November \u2013 when the air is pleasantly warm, the sea is heated through, and it isn&#8217;t as scorching as the middle of summer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>summer (July, August)<\/strong> temperatures by the sea can easily climb past 40 \u00b0C, but thanks to the dry air it&#8217;s manageable and the hotels run at full tilt. From Czechia, flights to the Red Sea typically depart straight from <strong>Prague<\/strong> (and sometimes Brno or Ostrava on seasonal charters), with the flight to Hurghada taking roughly <strong>4.5 hours<\/strong>.
