Kutna Hora is easy to get to from the Main Railway Station in Prague. Journey time is about one hour.
You need to take a taxi from the station to the center of town...or a bus...
Plenty of interesting things to see their...some nice forest walks, very good restaurants.
A welcome relief from the crowds of Prague.
Worth staying at least a couple of nights

I can imagine someone not interested in visiting churches and not liking the crowds of high season not being thrilled, but most of the people are still friendly and I'm sure there are little delights that could be found for longer stays.

Due to snowy weather and traffic problems, arrived later (17:45) than planned, so not really time to look around the town. Went out for dinner. Immediately after breakfast had to leave to return to the airport. Even though we paid Booking.com online at the time of booking. When checking out, they insisted that we had not paid. This took a little time to resolve, which made us a bit late to arrive at airport.

Kutna Hora is a very clam village..the most interesting place is Saint Barbara Church more than the bone church. If u want to relax and have a walk in a calm village so Kutan Hora is the place. and if u want to reserve a hotel, take it close to santa barbara church since it is in the old town.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The two hotel buildings are very centrally located. The rooms are clean, tidy and have “character” while still offering all the usual hotel amenities. (I far prefer this to the “sterile” environment of most hotels. The fan we requested in advance was in the room when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was not elaborate but was quite good.
Great location , very helpful receptionist R .
The hotel is clean and good value for money . My room was like a whole suite single bed , brand new bathroom at the .Top of the building, I was asked if it was ok with no lift , but not a problem . The town is beautiful and there are not too many crowds in the early morning or evening. .
Boutique hotel “Soukeníkův dům” is beautiful hotel, very close to main city attraction in Kutna Hora. It is beautifully renovated, very clean, with very nice and friendly employees. I really enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and service what I received. The room was very nicely furnished, comfortable and clean.
I came to Kutna Hora for a wedding and decided to stay the night. The hotel is nice, clean and an affordable price. The receptionist spoke wonderful English! She even prepared me a takeaway breakfast as I needed to leave quite early. Also, she was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the train station for me.
Great stay in Kutna Hora. The Penzion is located in a quiet area, about a ten-minute walk to the center. There is parking on site. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is Nespresso coffee all day available, and you can chill in a little garden behind the property.
Well.... its lego everywhere.
The hotel is generous to have multiple places full of legos for people (and kids) to play with them.
You get to visit "the museum" for free.
Outside space is good for kids to spend some energy outside
Super friendly owner, very nice breakfast (hagelslag as a bonus <3), nice location just outside Kutna Hora's old town, but still reachable by foot. Quite big and clean room. Kitchen for guest use with all the facilities.
The hotel is brand new, so everything was as fresh and clean as possible. There is newly opened restaurant next to the hotel, which we can only recommend. The staff was very helpful and nice, would recommend 11/10 :)
We loved the environment, the decoration and the service provided by the hotel team. It is a unique scenario to live a customer experience. I will definitively recommend this place to my friends.
Fantastic room in fantastic location in the old Kutna Hora - spacious room, fridge, comfortable bed, nice breakfast with personal a-la-carte service. No problem despite our late arrival.
This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve visited. I would not look anywhere else next time we visit Kutna Hora. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay perfect!
Lovely stay in the centre of the charming town of Kutná Hora. The room was spacious, had a fridge and a lounge couch. Breakfast was okay and there was enough to choose from.
