Seitdem habe ich acht Provinzen bereist, alle Jahreszeiten erlebt, \u201eSummer Snow&#8220; probiert und mich verliebt. Hier sind meine 12 sch\u00f6nste Orte in Kanada, die ihr unbedingt sehen m\u00fcsst.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"ez-toc-container\" class=\"ez-toc-v2_0_82_1 ez-toc-wrap-left counter-hierarchy class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die meisten Touristen in Nova Scotia fahren nach Peggy&#8217;s Cove, mich hat aber das verschlafene St\u00e4dtchen Shelburne verzaubert, wo gerade ein dem Meeresboden spazieren gegangen? In New Brunswick k\u00f6nnt ihr das bei Ebbe tun. Geht nur rechtzeitig zur\u00fcck, damit euch die Flut nicht \u00fcberrascht. Es dauert n\u00e4mlich nur ein paar Stunden&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens leben in New Brunswick die freundlichsten Menschen des ganzen Planeten. Die Einwohner dort haben ein feines Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr die Grenze zwischen nett und aufdringlich. Das Gebiet ist auch als Cape Breton Highlands National Park of Canada bekannt. Touristen kommen hierher vor allem aus den USA und Kanada, und es gibt zahlreiche Wanderwege \u2013 von wenigen Minuten bis zu mehreren Stunden. Auf den Wanderungen kann man Kojoten, Elchen und sogar B\u00e4ren begegnen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Cape Breton lebten urspr\u00fcnglich die Mi&#8217;kmaq, die den Ort mit der Ankunft der Europ\u00e4er verlie\u00dfen. Der erste Europ\u00e4er, der Cape Breton erblickte, war kein Geringerer als John Cabot im Jahr 1497 (obwohl sich Historiker dar\u00fcber streiten, ob er zuerst Newfoundland oder Cape Breton besuchte). Wenn ihr in die atlantischen Provinzen reist, werdet ihr diesem Namen nicht entkommen. John Cabot (eigentlich Giovanni Caboto) war ein italienischer Seefahrer, der als erster Europ\u00e4er die K\u00fcsten des heutigen Kanada erreichte.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem ersten Foto seht ihr den Ausblick vom Franey. Wir sind etwa zwei Stunden auf den Berg gewandert, aber es hat sich gelohnt! Die Stadt in British Columbia ist wirklich einzigartig. Ich liebe die Fahrt von der Bruce Peninsula zu den Niagaraf\u00e4llen. Die kleinen St\u00e4dte, die man unterwegs passiert, sind typisch nordamerikanische Kleinst\u00e4dte voller niedlicher L\u00e4den, kleiner Kirchen und Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen.
